  2. Now in a kadai, add some oil. Let the oil heat up. Then add all the chopped veggies, chopped potato, chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, chopped green chillies & chopped onion. Add salt and sugar to it. Now fry everything well.
  3. Now until the vegetables are getting fried, heat another pan. Add 2 tsp of oil in it then add some chopped sausages. Thaw the sausages for 2 to 3 min. Keep it aside.
  4. When the vegetables are fried well, add the sausages to it. Mix it well with the vegetables. Now add boiled noodles to it. Add chopped olives into it. Then add chilli flakes & oregano herbs into it. Now mix everything well. Cover it and cook it for 2 to 3 mins on a low flame.
  5. Now make one scrambled egg and add it into the noodles. Add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup to it. Mix it well. Now switch off the flame and serve it hot.
