- In a pan heat oil and break a egg. Make the poach and set aside
- Grill the bread and butter it. Set aside
- In a pan heat oil and fry the sausage. Set aside
- Assembling - in a plate add the poached egg in the centre and grilled tomato, sliced bread, fried mushrooms, fried sausage in the sides, add a bowl of beans and enjoy
