  2. 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
  3. 1 tbsp Sugar
  4. 1 tsp Dry yeast
  5. 2 tsp Matcha
  6. 1 tbsp Skim milk powder
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. 2 tsp of black & white Roasted sesame seeds
  9. 1 tbsp Honey or sugar for boiling

Steps to make to make Matcha Tofu Bagel

  1. Leave the tofu to drain for at least 30 minutes before starting anything else.
  2. Make a volcano in a bowl with the flour. Add the sugar and yeast to the crater, and the matcha, skimmed milk powder, and salt to the base. Put it to one side.
